I have never met a dessert that I didn’t like! These S’mores Samosas served with mango chutney dipping sauce are a fun spin on samosas, which are traditionally filled with vegetables or meat, that will satisfy any sweet tooth. S’mores Samosas are totally inspired by everyone’s favorite dessert…except graham crackers are swapped out for wraps and the campfire is swapped out for some light frying which results in ooey, gooey chocolate and marshmallows surrounded by a warm and crispy wrapper. Patak’s Sweet Mango Chutney gives just the right amount of spicy kick to the melted chocolate for an amazing dessert that is quick to make and sure to please. From the moment I plated these tasty morsels, hands were reaching out for these bites of goodness.
The wonderful thing about this whole dessert is that they begin with store purchased wonton wrappers which make them easy to put together with chocolate chips, mini-marshmallows and a few toffee bits. Did I mention easy? Yes! I think I said E-A-S-Y! I love EASY to make, don’t you? The assembly will look like this:
