I had a super busy week last week with returning from our camping trip and the arrival of some company for the week.
We had some amazing ribs from the bbq this weekend, and the most fantastic coconut cream pie for dessert…which brings me to summer desserts.

Your desserts look INCREDIBLE Angie! I have been thinking a lot about baking the past few days. (I was visiting family so I couldn't actually do it.) I have to get on it! I enjoy homemade desserts so much more than store-bought. 🙂
I like the no baking idea…especially in the heat of summer. It would also be good for those of us who are taking something to a 'potluck' when we are away from our own homes and kitchens…away from our usual conveniences!
