Stir fries are always a hit in our house. Fresh vegetables and some protein, along with a delicious sauce….it’s one of the easiest meals going! With busy schedules, we seldom eat out as a family because we just don’t have the time. And stir fries are the perfect easy meal…it’s just like having ‘take-out at home’. I can also make a meal like this ahead of time too, so it can be re-heated when needed. When we stay in to eat, we not only eat better, but we get to hang out and chat too.
Making wonderful tasting stir fries are easier than ever with the help of Blue Dragon stir fry sauces….which my family has recently discovered! We had never tried these sauces until 2 weeks ago, and since that time, Honey Teriyaki stir fry sauce has become a favourite.
Stir fries are great for families because you can add any vegetable that your family likes, or you can add everyone’s favourite so that there is something that everybody likes!
For instance, my boys are not fans of broccoli, so I add lots of other colourful vegetables, but not broccoli.

2 packages of Blue Dragon Honey Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce

3. Add chicken chicken strips and 2 pouches of HoneyTeriyaki Stir Fry Sauce to vegetables in skillet. Mix gently and heat through.

One of the wonderful things of stir fries? They taste is just as awesome the day after they are made, so they are excellent leftovers.

How colorful is that. Honey Teriyaki sauce is great with chicken. It adds just enough sweetness. Perfect.
