Hello sweet readers! I hope you had a lovely weekend! One of the things I love about weekend mornings in Fall is the chance to whip a yummy pumpkin-spice somethin’ somethin’ for my family!
It’s holy mother yummy pumpkin spice somethin’ season!
And let me tell you…making a treat in your own kitchen will taste far better than anything you could buy…especially scones.
Those dry store-bought scones? I feel so bad for them. They are like the last runners coming in over the finish line in a race…they made it but they are not first by any means.
Homemade scones are so tender and moist and really cannot be compared to anything else!
And did I mention pumpkin spice cookies? Muffins? Oh my!They are all sooo good!
And you know what else is good with pumpkin treats? A great cup of coffee! Did you know that Monday, September 29th is International Coffee Day? To help us celebrate International Coffee Day, we received a beautiful new Keurig 2.0 K500 Coffee Maker.
We are in love with it’s sleek new look, touch display screen, larger water reservoir, brew strength control and handy dandy 4-cup carafe that comes with it!
And we had fun trying some new to us coffee flavours too, like chocolate raspberry truffle.
Here are my favourite recipes for all things pumpkin spice!
