I absolutely love, love, love recipes that make a lot of quantity for my family. With a teen son who is eating us out of house & home these days, a dish that yields a lot is a necessity! He is always looking for a meal….a filling, good stick-to-the ribs kind of meal! This delicious Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo from Cook with Campbell’s is a recipe that is delicious, filling and makes a great meal for big appetites. With noodles, chicken and cheese, and a creamy sauce made easily with Campbell’s soup, you really cannot go wrong with this family-pleasing meal! It keeps well in the fridge and is just as good the next day too!
There are just a few easy steps involved in getting this dish on the table…just boil the noodles and toss in some broccoli at the end. And while the noodles are boiling, the Alfredo sauce is made in a saucepan. In under 30 minutes, dinner is made, which is why Campbell’s recipes are Simple To Make, Easy To Love!

I was at the grocery store earlier this week and I was so grateful to be able to open up this app and quickly see the ingredients I need to make this dish!
Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
10 oz (284 g) | fettuccini |
3 cups (750 mL) | broccoli florets |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | butter |
4 (750 g) | boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
1/4 tsp (1 mL) | salt and ground black pepper (each) |
3 | cloves garlic, minced |
1 can (284 mL) | CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup |
1/2 cup (125 mL) | 1% milk |
1/3 cup (80 mL) | sundried tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | fresh basil, chopped |
1/4 cup (60 mL) | parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions
1. Cook fettuccini according to package directions. Add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Add soup, milk and fettuccini with broccoli. Cook, stirring often, until heated through. Stir in sundried tomatoes and basil. Serve with parmesan cheese.
Recipe Tips
1. This recipe is also delicious when prepared with CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup.
2. I cooked a full package of 454 g of fettucini noodles and added another can of soup and more cheese to double this recipe. I poured the complete Alfredo sauce in with the pasta and broccoli and mixed it before I added it to a large casserole dish. You could also easily make this large quantity and then divided into smaller pans for the freezer if your family has a smaller appetite.
