Despite all the fancy equipment and gadgets I have in the house, I have to say that the hardest working appliance I own is not really an appliance at all…they are my hands. {You know what I am talking about, right?}
From cooking to crafting to gardening, my hands are in and out of water all the time…along with paint, glue and all the other activities that I do.
And during our harsh Alberta winters, the extremely dry cold can cause my hands and nails to crack.
As a busy mom, I don’t have time or budget to get a manicure or splurge for things like gel nails on a regular basis. That’s why I am always looking for products to help make my hands and nails look and feel better and I was excited to try a new-to-me brand-Trind.
I was sent a Trind Keratin Treatment Kit to try…along with a Nail Polish Remover and 3 Nail Lacquers. If you are not familiar with Trind, it is Europe’s most trusted and respected line of hand and nail care product with 25 years of global hand and nail expertise. It is found in the finest perfumeries from St. Tropez to the Champ Elysee in Paris, and from Stockholm to Milano.
I was anxious to try out the Keratin Treatment because I don’t like having grubby looking hands with unhealthy-looking nails and I wanted to see if it would help. It’s a little embarrassing to be serving food to guests or be out with girlfriends with my hands and nails looking like those of a ruffian.
The Keratin Treatment Kit is made up of 2 products made from high quality ingredients which nourish and strengthen nails, as well as stimulate growth to provide visibly better looking nails and cuticles resulting in stronger and more beautiful nails.
I started the treatment and it was an easy two step process that took a few minutes a day and required the application of both products.
After just two weeks, my nails felt so much better and they had strength. I noticed right away because they weren’t cracking or chipping as much.
No more ouchies when I try to open a package, for instance.
And they looked better and not so ragged.
And with my nails looking and feeling better…I decided it was time to show them some summer love with some Trind Lacquer in my favorite color….pink.
Now my hands look so much prettier and I don’t feel embarrassed by my horrible-looking nails.
I find myself just looking at my nails and smiling.
I know it’s silly, but pretty hands feel so good!
The Trind products I tried included the Keratin Treatment Kit, acetone Nail Polish Remover, and 1 lacquers in bright pink.
And Trind is giving away to one lucky reader a:
Trind Prize Pack worth $100 which includes 1 Keratin Treatment Kit, 1 Nail Polish Remover and Trind Lacquers in beautiful colours.
So you can give your nails some SUMMER LOVE too!

I have a kit myself but I just wanted to pop by and say I totally empathize because my nails are so dry and chippy all winter long. This gel treatment I have been doing on my nails all winter is harsh. Trind is working though. Your pictures are wonderful and your flowers Angie are gorgeous!!
