Although it’s been almost 18 years since my husband and I said our “I dos”, I still love looking at wedding ideas and pictures and I occasionally pick up the Martha Stewart Weddings issue. Do you know what this post made me realize? I never really posted any wedding photos. I thought our wedding was perfect – in the mountains with immediate family only. Maybe I'll have to do something for our first anniversary…
I love those ideas too. Don't you find that there is a lot of inspiration in wedding photos for lots of other occasions too. WE hadn't been to a wedding in ages until our son got married – I think it is just that phase of life when you and your friends are already married and your children haven't started yet.
I thought our son's wedding that was an informal luncheon tea party was a lovely wedding – very inexpensive and very personal. And of course I like the flowers a lot as I made the bouquets and centrepieces (yep sweated over all of them, but they worked out really well).
