I cannot believe that our Thanksgiving has arrived already. Whew…September flew by fast and now it’s time to get my act together and get ready for turkey day!
While searching through the craft aisles for some other things, I saw these adorable little muslin bags which became the inspiration for these sweet Thanksgiving Table Favours.
I made an assortment for our dinner table and I just love how they turned out!
And I love that you can stuff these with whatever you like…such as candy, chocolates or cookies, etc.
In order to create these table favours for your own table, here are the supplies you will need:
Paper tags
Alpabet Stamps
Black ink pad
Embellishments such as flowers, pumpkins, turkeys, etc.
Muslin bags
Bakers twine
Glue gun
Candy
Step 1. Remove strings from muslin bags.
Step 2. Stamp paper tags with whatever message you like.
Step 3. Fill bags with treats.
Step 4. Tie bags with twine and attach tags.
Step 5. Attach embellishment with glue gun.
And there you have it…adorable favour bags for the Thanksgiving Table!
This would be such a great project to make as a family before Thanksgiving dinner as a way of spending time together!
These little bags would also work for other special occasions like weddings or Christmas.

Great idea for guest favours! I like the "surprise" factor that you can't see right away what's inside. The stamped card and floral attachment are a great addition. Happy Thanksgiving! Like you, I can't believe it's here already and yet, it is about as "late in the month" as our Thanksgiving can possibly be!
